      Beth,
      Sorry to hear that. Are you viewing on a mobile browser? You may have to click through to the giveaway - I know on my phone it doesn't load properly and I have to click a button first. If you're on a desktop/laptop, might I suggest Firefox or Chrome, those two browsers always work for me. Otherwise, all I can suggest is try again later... I hope it works! :)
